According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some of the moderate NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Puducherry, NIT Silchar and likewise
