Hope you are doing well.
The syllabus will be almost same. But some private institutions have their own syllabus. The core subjects will be same. There will be difference in electives, internships etc. Good laboratories, practical things will be more equipped in IITs.Syllabus does not differ that much only the way it is delivered will be different.Conceptual learning of topics will be good in IITs.
