No. Two mark sheets will not be accepted for getting admission in any college.
You have to upload the final mark sheet of your final score. The re evaluated mark sheets or the final mark sheet even from the NIOS board will be accepted.

You can definitely write jee mains exam after studying mathematics form NIOS board with minimum of qualifying marks.
Candidates must qualify their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
NIOS candidates can also apply for this exam. Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination students are also eligible.
