see different colleges has different scheme for financially weak students or pwd candidates, most of the colleges has certain fees relaxation scheme for meritorious students, now most of the pvt colleges dont have very much scholarship scheme or fees waiver scheme apart from top ranked pvt university, so you need to check the official website of any particulars colleges for fees relaxation.
