According to your rank and category , it would be little tough to get admission in the first 2 rounds , however you might get admission in other rounds and spot rounds , as in spot rounds many seats are left vacant , in many good branches
hope you are doing good. If you want to choose Electrical Engineering go for KNIT Sultanpur ,otherwise, MMMUT is famous for Civil Engineering so you can choose it. But I suggest give preference according to your interest in branch.

Hey dear, ajay kumar garg college and iimt college are both located in uttar pradesh. As far as b.tech in cse is concerned i would advice you to go for iimt college of engineering as it is a bit older university than ajay kumar garg and it has better campus
