The placements in Ramaiah nstitute of technology for B. Tech. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering are good. Last year, the highest salary offered was around INR 8 LPA and the average salary offered was around INR 4 LPA. Almost 90% of the students were placed successfully.

Speaking about the placements the college has excellent placement records for CS and other branches, Mechanical engineering placement records are low compared to other branches
