The syllabus of CSE and IT differs mostly from 2 year onwards before this the CSE and IT have to study same subjects and their syllabus remain same from 1year to 2year(till 4 semester).Also syllabus vary college to college.Normally First year you have to study programming in c++,physics,chemistry,engineering
