Hope you'll find this information helpful.
Hello Aspirant,
As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,
>>>>> your CRL rank is expected around 80604 - 90611 .
Now on such CRL rank you can have chances in following colleges based on your JEE-Main rank :-
ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad
Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering - BVCOE, Navi Mumbai
Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology, Delhi
Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW)
Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University [HNBGU]
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your JEE-Main rank/score you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2022 result so for now you can get an idea from JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-offs that are enlisted below :-

You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
See it is quite difficult to tell you an exact figure of your CRL rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of Percentile Vs CRL rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 299514 - 336697 .
Note that the ranks which are predicted are only the expected ranks on the basis of previous year's data so your actual ranks might vary depending upon current factors.
Based on such rank you have almost no chances for ME neither in NSUT nor in DTU because the closing CRL in final round was around 2 Lakhs for NSUT and for DTU it was around 1.8 Lakhs for ME branch in 2021 for OBC category.
So you need to improve your score, at least take it around 87+.
You can check out previous year's cut-off from the links given below :-
