So, with regard of you're query. As you can see, predicting the exact marks vs. rank factor for the KCET is extremely difficult. This is due to the fact that the KCET Cutoff rank varies from year to year and is never the same.
I guess it will be a bit tough to get admission in MKSSS'S Cummins College of engineering for women, Pune. As there is a very high demand for that college and cutoff will reaches at the highest peak because this is one of the best college for women in Pune.

So with regard to your query, in order to get the SVMCM scholarship one need to score 75% of aggregate marks in their intermediate i.e. 12th standard. It does not matter whether your admission is in private or government college, after getting
Out of 240 marks Student must need to secure 50% in the entrance exam need to get admission in M. Tech in MIT for Environmental Engineering or Structural Engineering. Students need to score 50% in the Entrance exam as well as students need to secured 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics
So with regard to your query, No there are no colleges in Puri where you can study marine engineering. In order to study the marine engineering course, there are various colleges across India, these are IMU Kolkata, Tolani Martime Institute etc.,.
