So, Yes you can pursue but Civil engineering and Architecture are two really different branches and hence it is not advisable to pursue Architecture after doing Civil as you must have already spent 4 years for B.tech and B.Arch is for 5 years

With this rank, it is quite Difficult to get any seats in NIT, IIIT or GFTIs. I would advise you to go for State Level Councelling. There you could get some Colleges. You should also apply for private colleges in Telangana like VJIT Hyderabad, CMR engineering college, Matrusri Engineering

yes , if you take mechanical engineering you can apply for all the automobile companies in india and abroad and you can also go for masters in automobiles for further studies almost all the thing in automobile is also taught in mechanical engineering .
