If you have passed Diploma in Electrical and electronics engineering, then you are eligible for B. Tech only in EEE or the related disciplines only.

Civil engineering is not possible after Electrical engineering. it is not possible to do Diploma in one branch and Engineering in another branch.

Yes, it is possible to get admission in B. Tech Automobile Engineering course after completion of your three years Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering.
