Hello Shahenyamat, No, unfortunately you won't get your money back in this condition. The fee is not refunded if the candidate is allocated a seat in the second round, but it doesn't matter if you did not join or are found ineligible. So, in your case, you won't be refunded

yes you can upload your 8th sem online result but If possible complete BE or btech  marksheet of 7th+8th sem will be better.

Generally after completing the board examination of class 12, if you want to pursue higher studies in whichever stream, then only class 12's board examination results are required. In your case too, since you want to pursue B.Tech, only 10+2 results will be required though in some cases class
