There are many institutes in Delhi itself which will offer you to take the Radio frequency engineering course.

You can get the course also in some of the IITs.

By the way its a good post graduation course and its quite famous nowadays so you can go for it.

computer networking is a skill which is related to computer science branch.but if you want to get in to computer networking then i say it is good choice as it deals with networking and layers and protocols and will be easily understandable to ece student as basics will be all ready included in btech.

do completion of this course you  can get job of network administrator and system admin roles in mnc companies.
