MBBS seats are only given on the basis of NEET scores. With 400 marks, it's little bit tough to get MBBS. I would suggest to go for bds,bams or bhms courses. In sha Allah everything will happen according to your plan. Hope

As your question seems not clear that what exactly you are asking. But here if you want to ask that is BSC is compulsory to study in English then yes bachelor of science in many states is in English. But you can do it in your language also.

It's mandatory for regional certificates to be translated into national language Hindi/English for engineering or medical counselling. You can go to any court in Tamil Nadu , they have a translation department they can get the certificate converted. It may take one week time. If this time seems long.
