Yes you can take BA with English, maths and pol science in some colleges like Maharaja Ganga Singh University (Bikaner) with BA mathematics. The subject selcetion is usually from Maths, English Literature, Computer science,Sociology,  Defence, English lit and Economics and Pol Science. All the best.
