I had PCM + CS + ENGLISH AND DRAWING in 12th and aggregate of PCM is 73% but as per CBSE ony best 5 subjects out of my 6 subjects should be added to get percent so if i leave physics (my min marks subject) my percent is 78 . so am i eligible for jee exam?

Vikky, for Starters, there is no minimum aggregate criteria for JEE Mains. You should have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. In my West Bengal board English, Bengali and PCM are compulsory subjects and computer science is extra & best of 5 and final %ile and percentage are done of best 5 Bengali English and Pcm. If I score more than 75% ,be in top 10%ile of my boards. Will I be eligible for JEE top 20%ile rule for boards?

No, you can not take two languages for top 20% criteria .  English is mandatory.

Your main  percentage will be decided by one language subject that is English and other  four subjects in which you get high scores.And remaining subjects become additional whose marks will not be added

Im in WB board class 12. I have English, Bengali PCM and Computer Science as extra subject. as per boards rules final marks are calculated of best 5 among these 6 subjects. And I am very less prepared in CS. But will score 85% in total in rest subjects.Which subjects will be taken for Jee 75% rule?

Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
One Language Paper (English)
And any other subject different from above given

I appeared for 6subject in improvement exam and I absent in English does it really cause in jossa counselling. Also I have hindi as language subject and PE as additional including PCM.

Hello Aspirant, Joint Seat Allocation Authority(JOSAA) counciling is just based upon your JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED marks, the seat will be according to marks obtained by you in JEE MAINS or JEE ADVANCED Exam.
But Additionally you have to take PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) as your subject in 12th

for merchant navy English is necessary or not
