Yes there is no percentage mentioned as in such to write NEET the only need is that you should qualify your 12th class exams with Physics,Chemistry,Biology and english as core subjects in both 11th and 12th,so you are eligible for neet.

For online registration you can mention your marks in all the subjects you studied in class Xll there is no harm in it.
For B.A. Hons English your percentage is calculated by taking 1 language + 3 subjects of your choice.
