You need to use simple formula-(sum of marks in all subject)/(sum of total marks in each subject)* 100.

Example-

Physics: 89/100  Maths: 90/100 Chemistry: 85/100 English: 80/100 Hindi:86/100 Physical edu: 95/100

Percentage= (89+90+85+86+95)/(600) * 100

I would first recommend you to start shifting to English. Starting from reading English textbooks for subjects to solving MCQs in medium- English. Next there is no special syllabus or books for AIIMS, you study the same that you study for NEET but with better concept and application. For Physics
