You can never get a correct result after adding elective subject in your case if it is Hindi as the result will be incorrect if you want to get the correct you have to add subjects other than elective paper.

Study for mphil English because it is your first priority. Study hard on your subject of interest which ranks the top on your list. Yes keep a track of the other two subjects also but focus mainly on the 1st option . All the best for your exams.
