If you have OBC and have aggregate of 60% the then you are eligible but if have it below than this then you are not eligible. But if you are SC/ST then you would have  been eligible for AIIMS .

It would be difficult to get the free download of the books on the internet, I would suggest you to purchase it from your near by book store to avail the books.
