No you cannot include two language subjects in best 4 criteria as the rule of University of Delhi says that you should include one language and other three academic subjects. So you won't be considered eligible for getting admission on including two language subjects.
Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that for any further studies or competitive exam, the basic eligibility required is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 examination. Since you have failed maths exam, so your result will not be considered as passed.

The 5 main subjects ie physics chemistry maths English and Hindi will be of 100 marks each and physical education will carry 50 marks. So you will have a total of 550 marks to deal with. And then accordingly depending on your marks from 550 percentage from 100 will be calculated.
