No if you put your medium of examination as English then the paper will come in English as well as in the regional language of that particular region until and unless you opt for any other language than English and also note that English language will be available across country whether you select any other regional language or not, you will get an option of English language always.
In accordance with the implementation of New Education Policy now NEET UG will be conducted in 13 regional languages along with English language.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!

Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well....!!!
Don't worry you are not required to submit the EWS certificate with the NEET 2021-22 application form. Right now you just need to fill up the EWS category in the NEET 2021 application form if you have a valid EWS certificate.
The EWS (Economically weaker sector) certificate is required only at the time of counselling. It is only at the time of counselling you will be asked to submit and verify your EWS certificate in front of the counselling authorities of your state. But if any candidate fails to produce their EWS certificate during the counselling then they will not get a seat under the EWS category instead they will be eligible only under general category seats.
Criteria for EWS Category:- Three criteria need to be fulfilled to be eligible under the EWS category:-
Family income must be less than 8 lacs per year
Agricultural land area if present must be less than 5 acres
The residential flat area must be less than 1000 sq ft. Or
If you have a plot then it must be less than 100 sq. Yards (for the notified municipal sector) or less than 200 sq yards for ( non notified municipal sector)
I hope this will help you!
All the best:)
