As your question seems not clear that what exactly you are asking. But here if you want to ask that is BSC is compulsory to study in English then yes bachelor of science in many states is in English. But you can do it in your language also.

As per the official website, there are no mention of the English Medium college. See in most colleges, the preference are provided to the student to write either in the local language/Hindi(as prescribed by the university). So there are no such strictness in most colleges. Now as you go in
