First of all there are no BSc courses that offers Hindi medium. If you want to study the language Hindi then you have to take bachelor of arts. BA Hindi is available in almost every colleges and Universities. Also if you wanted to do a degree in English then you have to opt for bachelor of arts in English. Bachelor of Science or BSc is only available in English medium.

see studing arts in either hindi medium or in English medium both are equally good option.

but its upto you if you study arts in hindi then learning history, economic, political science will be much more easy then English.

you have to know the topic and then you can write in your word too.

but studing in English medium will make you face little bit trouble cause in English if you have a good english writing and speaking sence then you don't have much problem cause in history there is a specific terms for some words. there is also a benifit while studying in English medium that is you English speaking power will developed.

according to me studing arts in hindi medium is a good option.
