working hour starts at 8 am. Closing time is not known. It might be 5-7 pm. If you know any person who is in that profession then you can ask for working hour details and clear your doubts.

According to last year cut offs and your rank under ENT specialisation, you can get in Dharbanga Medical College. And for this rank Opthamology in MS/MD is difficult. But you can get a seat in Post Graduate Diploma in Opthamology in Colleges like AMU, Patna Medical College, Calcutta Medical cCollege, Santosh Medical College and Dharbhanga Medical College.
