Taking inputs from the 2019 cutoffs of NEET PG exam,

14000 and below ranker can easily expect ENT

while 15000-16000 and below ranker can expect Anesthesia.

Just to note, make sure you wait until the last round of counselling for some top branches.

There may be better chances also as more seats are being added.

You haven't mentioned the Category and State you belong to. This is important because cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, difficulty of the exam, and no.of seats available for each specialisation.  You may have a chance in Private Medical COlleges and Deemed Universities. Chance for ENT is pretty less as your rank is little bit more. Had it been in the range of 45K-48K, then you would have easily made it.

in case you want to discontinue your studies in that college as you have entered that college in offline admission you need go with management admission staff and then have to apply for the cancellation of your seat or transfer of your seat to other university.

in case if u need the certificates then you need to pay the full college fee of entire course period and then you will get your certificates back
