You can get admission under Management Quota or you can apply for colleges offering admission to MCA based on score in qualifying examination that is Bachelor's Degree. You haven't mentioned the college in which you wish to get admission. Admission process and eligibility criteria is different for each college. You don't have to appear for any entrance since the admission is based on merit.
However a minimum aggregate of 40% in class 12th is required from the candidates to be eligible for the admission process.

Hi, the chances of you getting a college in Delhi university are very slim. According to the last year the cut-off was 210. You have not mentioned which college you wish to get into and also the specialization. You can choose to compromise with college or the subject. Hope this helps.

Yes, of course you can pursue BTech with lateral entry from a different state.
Eligibility criteria for lateral entry in BTech:
Tech. Lateral Entry Programme is being offered at universities and engineering colleges to those who have completed 3-year diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. degree or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks, and Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class XII, to get admitted in the second year directly.

Vellore Institute of Technology shall release the syllabus of VITEEE 2022. There will be a official brochure in which all the details regarding the examination is sorted. The examination pattern is there are 5 sections consisting of Mathematics, Physics, chemistry,English and Logical Reasoning. If candidates understand the concepts then NCERT is enough to crack VITEEE. Not only M,P,C but also focus on the other two sections, to increase your score.

As I searched for master of Arts the candidates are required to do graduation with 45% for some specialisations and 40% for some other specialisations. However it is not mentioned particularly for bachelor of arts honours English.
