Yes you can get in some law college in Mumbai even after scoring low marks but it will depends upon the marks and rank you did get into MH CET entrance test. If you did not get the colleges in Mumbai that comes under MH CET you can directly apply in those colleges.

Getting a government seat without giving any exam is very difficult.But there are many private colleges obviously so you can always opt for them .since they have a system of management quota where you do not need to need to give any entrance examination .

Fir studying BHMS course in India,you need to write neet UG exam and qualify it.
This is the only entrance exam which is valid for admission in private or govt. BHMS college all over India. No other exam is valid.
For appearing in neet you must be 17yrs before 31st Dec of year you appearing for.
The standard 12th aggregate marks in PCB subject must be 50% if you belong from Gen category. For obc/sc/st it is 40% aggregate marks.

To get admission in Karnataka Pharmacy College you have to give the Karnataka Common Entrance Test ( KCET) .It is Entrance exam conducted for engineering and Pharmacy admissions in Karnataka. This year kcet exam is conducted on 28,29, 30th of August. Kcet geld in offline pattern.

You can take admission to B.ASLP only if you have passed any degree examination of the University of Mysore or any other recognized university with at least 50% marks.
Selection in BASLP course would be done on the basis of candidate's performance in All India Entrance test.
So Yes, you have to give entrance exam.
