Due to COVID-19, all the private institutes have cancelled their entrance exam. The admission is purely based on the 12th merit mark. The top colleges like VIT, SRM, Vels etc have cancelled their entrance exam. You can directly visit their website and apply for B.Tech.

CGC, Mohali is a good college to pursue B.Tech in CSE. But, CGC Landran is not that much better for CSE branch. If we talk of B.Tech ECE at PU Patiala, then I would say its a decent college to study ECE as the faculty of ECE department
