You certainly do not need a degree to be an entrepreneur. To be a successful entrepreneur, rather than a degree, you will need Motivation, Determination, Willingness to take risks, Desire to learn and keep learning, Focus on the tasks that matter most to get success.

TEP is just a guidance and support to the students to develop their own idea/product.it is only to build entrepreneurial orientation among students.so, i think you can't mention your certification like  b.tech degree.

It's very simple just add all the marks of every subject and calculate the percentage so that you are able to find the current cut off percentage and your percentage is lying on it or not

for being an entrepreneur you have to work a lot and think out of box in your field that will help you for example in mechanical CAD design  is one such field of entrepreneurship and you can even start your own repair workshops you can teach students ,
