For a BTech program in Environmental Engineering the course fee will depend on the status of your college. If you study in a private college then its hoped that it will have a larger fee than that of government colleges. But if you ask me in general perspective the course fee may vary upto Rs. 7.5L with the lower limit of around Rs. 3.5L.

I hope you are doing good . As per your query , I would glad to aware you that for becoming enivronmental engineering you will have to persue btech or be in environmental engineering stream . For to be eligible for btech for environmental stream , candidate must have passed 12th with physics,chemistry and maths . Pondicheery school of engineering and himalayan university are some of best college to persue this course, admission are done through entrance

see computer science engineers or candidates who holds a bachelor degree in computer science engineering is not eligible to apply for environmental engineer post.

environment engineer positions require a minimum of a bachelor's degree (B.S.) in  environmental engineering or civil engineering  or chemical engineering.
