Hi, yes you can not do CSIR in Environmental Science but you can appear for UGC NET in Environmental sciences or CSIR NET Earth sciences. It is recommended to appear for same stream as the one you had taken up in your Masters program. UGC NET is preferred if you wish to do your Ph.D. you can get scholarships as well on that. Having completed a BSC degree, you can definitely apply for a Masters in reproductive biology and clinical embryology.
There are a couple of colleges which offer a MSC in reproductive biology and clinical embryology:
1) AIIMS, RISHIKESH, UTTARKHAND
2) AIIMS, NEW DELHI
To be eligible for admission in these colleges in reproductive biology and clinical embryology you are required to pass a qualifying examination with minimum of 60% marks for General/OBC candidates (55% marks in case of SC/ST candidates).

Since you are interested in M.Sc in environmental science, so the basic eligibility criteria for this course is that you must have passed a bachelor's degree in Science (Medical & Non - Medical, Horticulture Agriculture, Forestry) under 10+2+3 pattern of education with any of the subjects, i.e. Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, MBBS/ B.V.Sc. / B.Tech with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. The admission in this course is based on merit means based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination but if the number of applicants exceeds 5 times the number of the seats that they offer then they conduct an entrance examination which contains 100 multiple choice question of 1 marks each.

Both MS and M. Tech are full time degrees in India. You have to appear GATE exam for M.tech, after M.sc or graduation. However, you can simultaneously pursue a full time M. Tech and a part time MSc in India, but cannot do it simultaneously.
Sudents should have passed a B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA to acquire M.tech in Environmental Science.
