Gandhigram Rural Institute, Dindugal provides the three-year degree B. Voc Food Testing and Quality Evaluation. The student should have passed in Higher Secondary Examinations or its equivalent to get eligible for this program.
The program is from the Department of Home Science. Each semester will have courses based on General Education Components and Skill Development Components, out of which six subjects will be the theory and Food Processing Technology courses will be Laboratory Work / Project / Industrial Training / In-plant Internship.

MHT CET entrance exam is not difficult but different than your normal college exams. You can easily score good marks if you have a systematic approach for it. It is a test of your fundamental concepts and it's applications. Problem solving strategies and short cut methods are a must to crack this type of exam. Time management is also important. On an average it is 1–2 minutes per question.

The original copy is the one which are generally given to you in the examination hall .The office copy is a copy of your answer sheet which is used for reevaluation or it is used as a future reference if any problem occurs.

,These type of minor scratches or any such minor mistakes does not lead to rejection of OMR straightaway. There is human involvement in the procedure of evaluating the OMR sheets. So when such minor incidents occur, they ignore them and go on with checking the OMR anyway.

PUC marks will be considered for KCET. The rank list of KCET will be prepared based on the candidates' KCET scores and PUC marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the ratio of 50:50. COMEDK admissions will be done based entirely on the candidates' performance in the entrance examination. Hope this helps you.
In every B Tech colleges there is a marking scheme known as continuous evaluation which is your internal marks. This may contain exams, assignments, projects, presentations, class tests etc. This along with your laboratory assessment will constitute 40% of your final marks. Also, the scheme of continuous evaluation varies with faculty and subjects.
