If you go on by state quota you will not able to get a college

As you mentioned you are from EWS category and you need to apply by management quota so that you will get a chance in a college to admit your candidate

With the marks you have mentioned above there can be chances of your admission in government college. You can apply under state quota as you have mentioned above that you are having UP domicile certificate, as per the state counselling 85% seats are reserved for state quota students, this might increase chances of your admission.
