To get free seat/ full fees reimbursement, your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum, as you belong to OC Category. You can get fees reimbursement if you are eligible and meets above mentioned criteria.
For your TS EAMCET Rank, you have chances of getting full fees reimbursement. So apply for it.

Honestly it is difficult for you to get cse branch in any of the good NITs/IIITs because the cut offs state around 99 for cse branch even for the ews category students.
So, i would suggest if you really want cse branch then go for colleges which comes under your state or go for state counselling. There is fair chances for.yoy to get non core branches .
You can try for NITs if your home state belong to one of these such as Manipur, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Srinagar, Agartala.
