You didn't mentioned your home state. The prediction will be better on mentioning the home state.

It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category

see ews stands for economically weaker section. candidates who belongs to general category and have no other reservation are eligible for ews quota. however sebc are termed as Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC). so ews certificate is not equal to sebc category certificate and you can not use
