Hey,
At first many many congratulations for your result. Since NTA (National Testing Agency) hasn't released the official cut-off details of 2020 for the top BAMS Instituions in different states till now, so we have to follow previous year's cut-off details to make any decision regarding their admission procedures.
According to the 2019's informations, to get chance in the esteemed BAMS instituions under EWS quota, one had to secure atleast 370+ marks in NEET UG examination 2020 to become qualified for top BAMS instituions where in this year your expected marks (500) is quite greater than that.
For more details, you can check: https://medicine.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-bams-colleges-in-india
Though the cut-off marks change each year on the basis of several determining factors like number of appeared canditates, number of successful candidates, total available seats, difficulty level of the exam etc, still it can be atleast estimated that you've definite probability for getting admitted in several top and eminent BAMS Government Colleges even through 15% AIQ.
So don't need to be too much bothered in this regard.
Wish you all the best.

It's kind of difficult to predict your chances of getting a college with this marks. According to the last year stats, the lowest cut for EWS general category candidate for government college was around 575 in Autonomous Medical College. So i will suggest you to wait till the results are out and once the counselling starts after that you will be able to deduce your chances of getting a government college.
I have attached a link concerning the 2019 cut offs of Uttar Pradesh State counselling.

hi,
see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. however you did not mention about the rank which you have got in entrance test. so this makes it difficult to predict the chances.
however you may follow the below link to know about the du entrance category wise closing rank:
