Seeing the previous year cutoffs you have tough chances to get CSE or IT in IET Lucknow. But you can easily get courses like B.tech ECE, Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical in this college because the cutoffs are near your rank only.

Dear Aspirant,

11131 is an extremely high rank in AP EAMCET. There is no chance that you will get back agriculture seat in a government college. Even if you have economically weak section reservation, it is still not possible for you to be part of any of the government institutions

As you mentioned that your neet score is 578 and you have EWS reservation according to which 10% seats are reserved for you. And also you have Maharashtra domicile..

The EWS category is an official reservation category that needs to be considered for admission into every college. So college consider EWS category also as other category. You can surely apply for private medical College.

You can apply for the EWS reservation only when you are sure they you will be able to produce the certificate during counseling and admissions. In case if you are not able to produce the certificate, you will be considered as a general category candidate with no reservations. So,
