Yes NSIT Delhi offers fee waiver for students whose family income is lesser than Rs.4,50,000 per annum. For these you have to apply to the college authority with original income certificate of your family issued by any administrative head or any company or organization the earner of the family works

vishalkumar92782 , From some research on internet I found that there is no such fees reimbursement for EWS category but they give scholarship on the basis of 12th score and some other criteria but not for specific category.

NSIT, the Main campus, has a fee waiver scheme. But, there is no fee waiver scheme as per marks. And you have confused the question about mentioning two categories as EWS and SC are two different categories. One person can either come under the SC category or EWS
