With a 29243 EWS category rank it may be a bit difficult to get admitted into any of the NITs or IIITS.But still you could get admission in some descent private colleges like VIT,SRM,etc. Or some other state private university.So I hope I have cleared your query.Good luck.

To apply to west bengal counselling if you are non- resident of this state then you have to show your parent's domicile (permanent resident of 10yrs)to apply for state level counselling  with necessary documents (aadhar card,voter card,passport of parents)then you have to apply to state counselling for admission
