it's really difficult to exactly say about admission based on marks as the cutoffs vary every year depending upon various factors.

however based on the scores given and category mentioned it's really difficult to get admission in government colleges for BAMS.

According to the formula, [100-79*869010], your All India Rank is 182492 approximately, where 79 is your percentile and 869010 is the total number of candidates who appeared in JEE Main Jan session. Now, to be qualified for JEE Advanced, you need to rank within 250000 including all categories.
