With 87 percentile you have very less chances to get into any NITsor IIITs but as you have ews category reservation you still have a chance.But you can't get the ideal branches like CSE,ECE,EE etc.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or good GFTIs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get

CNLU is giving reservations for EBC of Bihar. Extremely backward classes of bihar.for ebc cutoff rank is 6000- 7000 .if you get the rank within the cutoff you may get seat .ews is also similar to ebc same rules are applied.apply for ebc
