I hope you are talking about IMS-BHU Varanasi, it is topmost medical college in state of Uttar Pradesh, it's counseling is conducted through AIQ counseling as it's come under central university.

To be honest , being from EWS category you don't have a chance to get into NITs /IIITs with this percentile. As you are from Bihar i would suggest you to look for colleges through your state counselling as that would be much beneficial for you.
