Unfortunately on such EWS rank you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs/GFTIs because the EWS rank closes around 10-11k in JOSAA counselling and you are much far away from the figure.

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
