In this percentile (70) , i would suggest you that to look for other entrance examinations or colleges because in this percentile you won't be able to get cse in any college through josaa counselling in the mp region.
So I would suggest you to go for state government colleges and some good private colleges like Manipal Institute of technology and VIT Vellore and BITS Pilani.

In this rank and even considering your EWS category it is very difficult for you to get computer science branch in any NIT/IIIT but I would suggest you to go for colleges which takes admission through jee mains scores .
For example you can choose to go for WBJEE colleges. In the private colleges like institute of engineering and management, heritage institute of technology have 10% seats reserved through jee mains. There are many other colleges in West Bengal. For colleges in Delhi you can fill the JAC form to take admission in those colleges. Even if you get ece or IT kindly take up that branch.
