Hi. When you filled out your application form, you must have filled in your category (EWS). This is the category which will be automatically used at the time of release of merit list and during the time of counselling. Make sure you have all the required documents as a proof.

During the registration of NEET 2021 I entered my permanent address as Bihar and also submitted my EWS certificate of Bihar so will it be a problem if I want to attend UP state counseling in general or ews category?

If you have a domicile of Uttar Pradesh, then it will not be problem for you to do the counselling in Uttar Pradesh in general category. But since your EWS certificate is of Bihar, there might a problem for doing counselling for EWS category in Uttar Pradesh. I would
