If you have the EWS certificate issued by the competent authority then you can obviously apply for the UP NTSE and you can get the benefit of lower cutoff's in order to get the scholarship.

If a person is divorced, then she can provide that she is present in the parental family. Now the eligibility for the EWS is always mentioned on the Family matter. So if you have a Family which have more than the eligible limits of EWS, then you aren't eligible for
