There are no specifications given regarding the EWS certificate in any of the cases that for state counselling you need it to be issued by the state government only. So if you have an EWS certificate then its applicable for all of the cases.

But you can try for private colleges on donation seats.

Yes there is an alternative for it. You can create a self attested affidavit claiming that the person mentioned in the ews certificate and the applicant are same. Also it should be supported by relevant documents of you, your parents and all other things mentioned in the certificate.

Last year govt BAMS college in EWS category was allotted upto AIR 139451 and 442 marks in KTRA BORADI, SHIRPUR-DHULE.

So it's quite difficult to predict that you will get govt BAMS college at your expected marks. Cut off marks may drop by some marks due to toughness
