See on such EWS rank you can go with NITs but CSE is little bit difficult in NITs, so if you are CSE specific then IIITs would be better choice for you.

Since the certificate you uploaded was invalid according to their guidelines i.e to be issued on or after April 2021 and there is no way you can change it The best thing is get in touch with them they will take the final call. They will verify the documents

As per the notification of JEE Advanced one need to submit the EWS certificate issued on or after 1st April,2021. So you have to upload the updated one. The last date for uploading the document is on 2nd October,2021. So if possible try to arrange it.
