So if your certificate does not hold it's validity for one year then you have to get a new one ASAP as counseling will start soon

No actually ews certificate is provided only to the students who come under oc category.

The students who come under oc category and are economically poor are considerd under ews category.

So no other category students except oc students are eligible to get ews certificate.
